Yugijo’s historical self-description is more informative than the generic word “arcade”: it described a small prize-game specialist. Its current operation has not been established by this review.
A dated first-party account
A store-authored introductory blog post dated 1 October 2012 says the business began that September at the northern end of Akihabara’s junk-shopping street and specialised in prize machines. This supports a historical description, not a claim that its old hours, prices or stock remain valid.
Why the map date matters
The retained OSM object was last edited in December 2017. An old edit date is not evidence of closure, but it is also not an attendance check. The useful distinction is between a documented historical identity and the unanswered question of what a visitor would find now.
